Turkey and potato skewers

Ingredients:

  • Turkey fillet - 1 kg
  • Potatoes - 7-10 pcs.
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Preparation:

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into rings (slices) - 1 -1.5 cm, salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the onion into rings.
  3. Cut the turkey fillet into large cubes and marinate in soy sauce for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Take skewers and thread meat, potatoes and onions onto them.
  5. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place our kebabs on it
  6. Then put the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 180-200 degrees for 1 hour.

Turkey cutlets

Ingredients:

  • Turkey fillet - 1 kg
  • Onions - 3 pcs.
  • Garlic - 4 teeth.
  • Full hard (grated) - 100 g
  • White bread - 3 slices
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Butter - 100 g + for greasing the baking sheet.

Preparation:

  1. Pass the turkey fillet through a meat grinder along with onions, garlic and bread pre-soaked in water.
  2. Add cheese, salt and pepper to the minced meat.
  3. We form a ball from the minced meat, then shape it into a flat cake on our hand, put a piece of butter in it, then carefully close the edges and form cutlets.
  4. Place baking paper on a baking sheet and grease it with butter.
  5. Place the cutlets on a baking sheet and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Let the cutlets cool slightly and carefully place them on a plate.

Turkey baked in cream

Ingredients:

  • Turkey fillet - 700 g
  • Kefir - 300 ml
  • Salt - to taste
  • Cream (10%) - 100-150 ml
  • Nutmeg - on the tip of a knife
  • Basil

Preparation:

  1. Cut the turkey fillet into pieces, pour in kefir and leave to marinate for 5-7 hours.
  2. When the turkey is marinated, you need to remove it from the kefir and dry it.
  3. Then the meat should be placed in a baking dish, salted, sprinkled with nutmeg, poured with cream and sprinkled with dried basil on top.
  4. Place the turkey in the oven, preheated to 180-200 degrees, for 40 minutes.
